It's strange, the connecting holes are visible when opened in Bambu Studio, but they are gone when exported as STL

Directly slice, the bottom has holes, linked by those connecting pins, not visible in the software

Printed on an A1 Mini. I had to reduce the size to 84% to fit. Looks amazing in Blue Silk PLA. I'll include the profile for other AI Mini owners

I printed the "blade" in Coex carbon fiber Nylon. ..AKA the "black aluminum" (google it) And the handle and sheath/cover in PLA. All at 95% infill. WOW, this is just as D3@dley as the real thing., FANTASTIC MODEL! Keep em coming!.... oh, and it may have been a result of my print settings, but I had to file down the circle key to get a flush fit between the blade and hilt. (length-wise) Other than that it was perfect!! Even sharpened the blade. Hoping I can eventually test it on a side of pork....; Printed on a Bambu x1 Carbon with designer setting except infill amount

i can't remember how long it took, I essentially set it up to print at night then went to bed. I'll see if I can look through my printing history to see if it is still logged.
