Fruit fly drinking glass trap

Simple fruit fly trap which uses normal drinking glass as a trap base.

Put some vinegar + juice + bit of old fruit + very small drop of dish soap in the glass and put this trap on top of it and you have nice fruit fly trap.

Note that the end of trap ‘funnel’ should not touch the liquid of the glass.

This item is made for about (outer rim) 75mm diameter drinking glasses.
