Description

Balance Pods – Pair of Single-Foot Balance Trainers

Inspired by a video of GSP showing Mighty Mouse some of his training methods/rehab methods

These compact balance pods are designed to be used as a pair for foot, ankle, balance, and stability training. Each pod moves independently, making them useful for standing drills, squats, stance work, coordination exercises, and athletic training.

The top surface uses a replaceable non-slip mesh insert held securely in place by a separate printed retaining cover. This provides more grip when wearing socks and better comfort when training barefoot, without permanently gluing the mesh to the model. When the mesh wears out, it can easily be replaced.

The pods are approximately 4 inches in diameter, compact enough to store or carry in a gym bag. Print two bodies and two retaining covers to create one complete pair.

Recommended uses: balance training, ankle stability, foot strength, proprioception, martial arts, wrestling, running, mobility, and general fitness.
