DEFLECTOR ARISTON NIMBUS 50 M EXT R32 – VERSION 2

CONCEPT
The piece does not close half the fan. It is a crescent-shaped aerodynamic lip
positioned on the left half of the grille. It only intercepts a
peripheral band of 40 mm and radially inclines it towards the center; on the
left side, this direction corresponds to the right.

- Outer diameter: 520 mm
- Covered semicircle: 180°
- Subdivision: 3 sectors of 60°
- Radial width: 40 mm
- Minimum protrusion: 5 mm
- Maximum protrusion: 40 mm
- Thickness: 3.0 mm
- Deflector inner radius: 210 mm
- Deflector outer radius: 250 mm

ASSEMBLY
1. Position the three pieces on the left half, without tightening.
2. Join the two connections with the back plates.
3. Drill guide notches to 3.2 mm or use 4 mm self-tapping screws.
4. Secure to the grille with black UV-resistant zip ties.
5. Insert EPDM/neoprene or TPU pads to prevent vibrations.
6. Check for at least 15 mm clearance from any moving parts.
7. Perform an initial 15-minute test checking noise and vibrations.

PRINTING
- Recommended material: ASA.
- Alternative: PETG UV.
- Do not use PLA outdoors.
- 0.4 mm nozzle recommended
- Layer 0.24–0.28 mm.
- 4–5 walls.
- Infill 15–20%.
- Orient the flat flange on the build plate.
- Brim 8 mm.
- The plates: 5–6 walls or 100% infill.

it is recommended to make small 4mm holes for the passage of a 4mm self-tapping screw, always 1cm in length
