🖨️ Recommended Print Settings
To ensure smooth curves, crisp fluting lines, and proper strength, use these settings:
- Layer Height: 0.20mm
- Walls/Perimeters: 4 walls (Essential for solid perimeter strength and reducing water permeation).
- Infill: 15% Gyroid Infill
🌿 Material & Water Display Guidance
- PLA: Best suited if you are displaying dry flower arrangements, faux botanicals, or using it purely as a decorative home accent.
- PETG: Strongly recommended if you plan to hold fresh water for live flower displays, as PETG offers superior moisture and chemical resistance.
💧 Waterproofing Note: FDM prints can occasionally develop micro-gaps between layer lines. If you plan to keep water in the vase continuously and notice any slow weeping or leaks, simply coat the interior with a thin layer of liquid epoxy sealer, resin, or clear waterproof sealant.
