Description

Custom 3D‑printed cup holder insert designed for the Geely EX5 (2026 Australian model). I have tested the design in a Starray and it appears to fit, so it should be compatible with the Starray as well — but please check your own vehicle to confirm.

This is designed to fit into your existing Cup holder

The multi‑piece version requires the cup cylinders to be printed separately and glued onto the base. A one‑piece version is also included for users with more 3D‑printing experience — it can be printed with supports for a cleaner, single‑piece result. i am fairly new to 3d printing so have not included my print settings as you may know better than i do i printed in Bamabu lab PETG HF as PLA probably would not last in a hot car in QLD Australian sun

For Cup Holder size reference: both the Yeti Rambler 20oz (591ml) and Rambler 30oz (887ml) tumblers fit together in the holder. It’s a tight fit between the cups, but they sit securely.

Please not this is a close fit in the console and can be difficult to remove without the cup holders attached if you want to test fit it before attaching the cup holders i would suggest put a piece of string or something under the base before putting it in the car i used a lanyard strap makes it way easier to remove

The Cup Holder pieces on the top of this have been made for our cups the bottom diameter of the cup holders are 80mm and the top is 83mm so slight taper they fit 2 20oz (591ml) yeti cups very nicely or 1 20oz (591ml) and 1 30oz (887ml) Yeti cup with them touching slightly at the top but still usable for us. i have added an editable cup holder so you can create cup holders to suit your needs change top and bottom diameter to suit you needs but if you go over 80mm on the base the holders will go over the edge of the base plate print 2 of the customized size ones to replace the ones in the original design and glue them on

i am considering designing and insert to go in them to reduce the size for if i want to put a soft drink can in them
