Off-Road Wheel for Husqvarna Automower 220 / 230 / 260 / 265
Hi everyone,
I designed this drive wheel for the Husqvarna Automower 220, 230, 260, and 265 to significantly improve traction on challenging terrain.
Compared to the original wheel, the aggressive tread pattern provides much better grip on wet grass, slopes, and uneven ground. This helps reduce wheel slip and allows the mower to maintain traction in difficult conditions.
The photos show a direct comparison between the original wheel and my off-road version. The deeper tread provides a much more aggressive contact pattern for improved traction.
Assembly
- Requires 3 × M4 screws per wheel.
- Simply replace the original drive wheel—no modifications required.
Print Recommendations
- Material: PETG or ASA is recommended for long-term outdoor use.
The wheel has been tested successfully, and I'm very happy with the improvement in traction.
