📦 Parametric Vape Pod & E-Liquid Organizer

Keep every vape pod paired with its matching e-liquid bottle.

If you regularly switch between different flavors, this organizer helps you avoid mixing them up by storing each pod together with its corresponding bottle.

The model is fully parametric and lets you configure:

• 📐 Number of rows
• 📐 Number of columns
• 🧴 E-liquid bottle diameter
• 📏 Maximum bottle height
• 🔋 Vape pod width
• 🔋 Vape pod length

Two exterior styles are included:

• ✨ Smooth exterior
• 🏭 Decorative industrial-style pattern

The box and lid can also be configured to use 5 × 2 mm magnets. Magnets are optional, but if you decide to use them, remember to enable the corresponding magnet stops.

🖨️ Important Printing Instructions

Since the box and lid are exported as a single model, they will probably not fit on a single build plate.

To separate them correctly in Bambu Studio, do not use Split to Objects, as Bambu Studio will interpret the magnet cavities as solid bodies.

Instead, use the following procedure:

1. Select the complete model in Bambu Studio.
2. Click Cut.
3. Position the cutting plane vertically in the empty space between the box and the lid.
4. Enable Keep both parts.
5. Confirm the cut.

This preserves the magnet cavities correctly and allows the box and lid to be printed as two separate parts.

⚠️ Important

This model does not apply any clearance or tolerance offsets to the dimensions you enter.

Please use measurements that are appropriate for your bottles, pods, and magnets, taking into account the clearance required for a proper fit.

There are no built-in parameter validations, so incompatible or unrealistic values may generate invalid geometry or an unbuildable model.

✏️ Personalization

The lid features a large flat surface that is perfect for customization.

With Bambu Studio, it's very easy to add your own raised or engraved text using the Text tool. Personalize your organizer with the device name, flavor collection, owner's name, or any other label you like.
