Ultimate Tooth Pulley Generator – GT2 / HTD / MXL / XL / T2.5 / T5
A fully parametric OpenSCAD generator for toothed timing pulleys. Supports all common belt profiles including GT2 2mm, GT2 3mm, GT2 5mm, HTD 3mm, HTD 5mm, MXL, XL, T2.5 and T5. The tooth count is freely adjustable from 10 to 200 teeth. Belt width can be set between 3 mm and 120 mm.
Shaft attachment options:
- Round bore (no attachment)
- D-shape shaft
- Set screw M3 with nut pocket
- Keyway DIN 6885
- Gear bore (internal gear profile)
- Taper clamp hub
Additional features:
- Optional flanges on both sides
- Reinforcement spokes with optional lightening holes
