Protecting your table shouldn't be an epic struggle, unlike Odysseus' ten-year journey back to Ithaca. This set of four 3D-printable coasters captures iconic moments from Homer's Odyssey, styled after traditional ancient Greek black-figure pottery.
These models are explicitly designed for FDM printing. The vector-style lines and classic Greek borders have been thickened and properly spaced. This ensures you can print them face-down on the build plate to get a perfectly smooth top layer, without the fine details bleeding together into an unrecognizable plastic blob.
The set includes four distinct trials:
- Book IX (Polyphemus): Odysseus and his men blinding the Cyclops.
- Book X (Circe): The sorceress Circe transforming the crew into swine.
- Book XII (Scylla): Odysseus facing the terrifying six-headed monster.
- Book XXI (Penelope): Odysseus stringing his bow to deal with the suitors.
Printing Instructions:
- Print face-down on the build plate for the best surface finish.
- Use a textured PEI sheet if you want a matte, premium look.
- Ensure your first layer is properly calibrated to capture the border details cleanly.
