Description
This is a durable and precise replacement for the extruder back support plate (X-axis carriage) for Creality 3D printers and similar V-slot systems. Perfect if your original part bent, stripped, or if you are building a custom toolhead setup. It is designed to perfectly fit the standard V-wheels, eccentric nuts, and extruder stepper motor.
Compatibility
- Ender 3 / Ender 3 Pro / Ender 3 V2
- CR-10 / CR-10S
- Other 3D printers using 2020 V-slot aluminum extrusions for the X-axis.
Recommended Print Settings Since this is a mechanical part that holds the weight of the extruder and moves constantly, strength is highly recommended:
- Material: PETG, ABS, ASA, or PC. (Standard PLA can be used for a quick fix, but it may warp over time due to the heat radiating from the stepper motor).
- Walls/Perimeters: 4 to 5 walls (Essential for screw hole strength).
- Top/Bottom Layers: 4 to 5 layers.
- Infill: 40% - 50% (Gyroid, Cubic, or Grid for maximum structural rigidity).
- Supports: Not required if printed flat on its back.

- 3x V-slot Wheels (POM)
- 1x Eccentric Nut
- Standard M5 screws and spacers.
