Segment Wedgie Generator
Enter the number of segments you want and this generator will create the wedgie you need for your wedgie sled! Labels for the number of wedges and wedge angles automatically generated, too! Works for any number of segments from 8 to 180. The narrow end is fixed at 2 inches (50.8mm) long and the length fixed at 240mm to fit most 3D printers. The height is 14mm plus 2mm for the label text. The angles should remain the same if you scale uniformly in your slicer.
I created the model in Fusion 360 using the simple wedges-to-angle formula plus some trigonometric calculations to get the model size right.
I have not tested every parameter in the real world of wooden wedges, of course, so please let me know your results! Thanks.
