The Zen Voyager - Incense Holder

Some aliens come to Earth to abduct cows or overthrow governments; others take one look at the state of our civilization and decide the only logical response is to close their big black eyes and focus on their breathing. This incense holder tells the story of a traveler who gave up trying to understand our planet and decided to just light some incense, drop into a lotus position, and embrace the existential void.
 

Technical Details:

• Support Warning: Be gentle when removing supports from the figure's arms and fingers; his spiritual enlightenment won't stop the PLA from snapping if you're too rough!
• Dual Material Synergy: This model is meant to shine on FDM printers by mixing filaments. I recommend using a Silk/Metallic PLA for the base to give it an ancient alien relic vibe, paired with a Matte PLA for the Grey to create a sharp tactile and visual contrast.
• Ash Management: The side receptacle features a mount for standard stick incense. The wide, rune-covered tray was designed with the sole purpose of catching all the falling ash, keeping your desk spotless while the voyager does the mental heavy lifting.

• Print Settings: To ensure you don't lose the details of the alien's ribbed torso or the sharp glyphs on the base, a layer height of 0.12mm to 0.16mm is recommended. Supports are mandatory (especially for the chin, arms, and knees) but designed for easy removal.
