Featuring a heavy-duty, screw-on lid and a integrated groove for an O-ring (not included), this container provides a dependable seal against moisture and dust, ensuring your electrodes are ready for a perfect weld every time. This is especially useful for preventing flux coating degradation in humid environments or when transporting rods in dusty situations.

Hardware Needed:
- (1) O-Ring: You will need a standard 32mm (I didn't have any bigger) O-ring for this container to be airtight. Simply stretch it over the grooved section of the male thread on the main container body before screwing on the lid.
Print Settings (Recommended for Airtight and Strong Walls):
- Filament: PETG is highly recommended for its strength, durability, and resistance to environmental factors, especially if using this container outdoors or in a vehicle. ABS/ASA are also suitable, though standard PLA can work for indoor workshop environments. The example shown in image_0.png and image_1.png is printed in vibrant Orange.
- Wall/Perimeter Count: Important for airtightness. Use at least 3 walls to ensure there are no tiny gaps that could compromise the seal.
- Layer Height: 0.2mm or 0.24mm works great. Fine layer heights are not necessary for the threads, which are designed to function well with slightly thicker layers.
- Infill: Important for strength. Recommend using at least 25-30% infill (I recommend using a strong infill pattern like Gyroid or Cubic) to prevent the container from deforming if tightened firmly or dropped.
- Orienting your print: Both the main body and the lid should be printed upright, with the thread openings facing upwards.
