Description
I designed a universal car cleaning accessory with practical applications for every surface. The tool uses replaceable dry wipes and features a soft, flexible TPU blade insert that adapts to different shapes and hard-to-reach areas without damaging delicate surfaces.
The accessory was designed with simplicity and efficiency in mind, making it easy to assemble while minimizing print time. Its modular design allows for quick replacement of cleaning materials, providing a versatile, reusable, and user-friendly solution for automotive detailing.
Components:
- Cleaner body
- Wipe clamp
- Handle
- Handle insert
- TPU blade insert
- Filament hinges(use your 1.75mm filament)
Assembly:
Prepare dry wipe 150x150mm
Put wipe clamp in the middle and bend lateral parts together
Insert wipe clamp into cleaner body, and insert threaded handle. Be carefull, wipe clamp has a hole, insert the handle in this hole. Insert also the TPU blade.
