Description
Description
This is a fully modular, 3D-printable Eurorack case system designed to grow with your synth collection. The system is highly versatile and allows you to expand your setup from a compact 2-row minimum up to a 4-row powerhouse.
⚙️ Design & Hardware Specs
- Width: 42HP per frame
- Expandability: Modular height from 2 to 4 rows (tiers).
- Hardware Required: Standard M3 screws and bolts
Horizontal Expansion: Each module/frame segment can be securely connected to its left and right neighbors using M3 screws.
🛠️ Assembly & Printer Notes (Read Before Printing!)
- Hardware: You will need M3 screws and matching nuts/bolts to assemble the frame pieces and mount your Eurorack modules.
- The "Tight Fit" Warning (⚠️): Please note that due to the compact and expandable nature of this 3D-printed design, mounting the Eurorack modules—especially those near the outer edges/borders—can be quite tricky and tight. You will need a bit of patience, a thin screwdriver, and a steady hand to get those edge screws secured.
- Print Settings: I recommend printing this with at least 3 wall loops and 15-20% infill (Gyroid) for structural rigidity, as Eurorack modules and cables can add significant weight. PETG or tough PLA is recommended.
