Print Profile(1)

Description
Do you know what platonic love is? I think this is the most romantic and poignant story on the moon
=======================Geographical Introduction=========================

- Plato Crater (Plato Crater): located in the northern part of the moon's near side, on the northeastern edge of Mare Imbrium. With a diameter of about 101 kilometers, its floor is flat and relatively deep (about 2.6 kilometers), it is one of the most prominent "dark-floored" craters on the moon, due to its floor being covered by dark lava flows, appearing distinctly dark gray through a telescope. Its rim is clear, its walls are towering, but there are almost no central peaks inside, making it exceptionally tranquil
- Montes Alpes (Montes Alpes): a mountain range on the moon, named after the Alps on Earth, stretching between Mare Imbrium and Mare Frigoris, about 280 kilometers long, with peaks reaching heights of 3 to 4 kilometers, it is one of the steepest highlands on the lunar surface
- Vallis Alpes (Vallis Alpes): a huge lunar valley cutting across the Montes Alpes, approximately 130 kilometers long, 10 kilometers wide, and 1 kilometer deep. It is a linear graben, believed to be a tensional fracture structure formed by stress in the lunar crust, not impact-related. In optical images, it resembles a straight gash cut by a sharp blade, dividing the continuous mountain range in two, clear evidence of active tectonic movement in the moon's geological history
=====================The Love Story in My Heart======================
In this silence of billions of years, Plato, with his handsome, deep, and reserved outline
His beloved is the beautiful but scarred Alps by his side. The wound piercing her heart (Vallis Alpes) is cold and striking
Plato silently guards her side, in the rift between Mare Imbrium and Mare Frigoris, providing her warmth. Day after day, as meteor dust stirs and solar flares blow, he always watches over that deep valley, neither sad nor joyful. He knows full well that he cannot physically fill that rift valley, but his very existence is a comfort: telling her wound with an unwavering gaze that it is slowly being covered by cosmic dust, and even if it's incredibly slow, it will eventually be gently filled by time
This is a story about "waiting to heal"—not waiting for a response for oneself, but waiting for the beloved to slowly mend. He seeks no outcome, only wishing that in eternal companionship, loneliness and wounds become less heavy. This is the aspect that truly brings this model to "life" in my mind: the topography is real, and the warmth is bestowed by imagination. When you touch that lunar valley with your finger, perhaps you can also feel that on this desolate, miniaturized moon, a silent, profound affection is unfolding across time and space
And this perfectly aligns with the imagery of "platonic love": an eternal love that transcends the material, possesses nothing, demands nothing, and is accompanied only by pure spirit
=========================Model Description=========================
- There are 3 parts in the file: the Plato Crater-Montes Alpes model (stretched 4 times in height compared to actual geographical data), the photo frame, and the stand;
- For better compatibility with various printing materials, the fit is relatively moderate; if too loose, it is recommended to use a little glue or insert a small piece of paper;
- The photo frame has hanging holes; if this piece is intended to be hung on a wall, then there is no need to print the stand;
- If you prefer a borderless desktop ornament, then you do not need to print the photo frame, only print the stand;
