A compact set of 3D printed playing cards designed for portability and durability, paired with a robust travel case.
This project features a full deck of mini cards that fit neatly into a custom-engineered holder, making it easy to carry a game anywhere.
The case includes a keychain attachment for convenient carrying and a secure lid mechanism to keep the cards contained.
The cards themselves are printed with a textured surface for better grip and feature clear, high-contrast markings for easy visibility.
Key Features
- Compact Design: Fits a full deck of 54 cards in a pocket-sized container.
- Engineered Case: Features a secure closure and a built-in keychain loop.
Playability: Cards are sized for standard mini-card games and have a functional texture for shuffling.
About the model:
- no external hardware is needed for assembly of the case
- total case size: 49mm x43mm x 27mm
- total card size: 45mm x 35mm x 0,28mm

About the profiles:
- 2 profiles. one for the cards and one for the case
profile with cards has 6 plates
- 2 layers in total . 0,16mm first layer and 0,12 second layers for the total of 0.28mm height.
- hilbert curve on top layers will hide the patterns of the symbols
- use dark colors for the main color of the cards cause white colors can reveal the symbols.
The case consists of 3 objects that i colored them and print them by object in one plate. If you wish do the same.
Or you can print via the handy app by excluding the objects so to print it with different colors.
tips:
IF YOU CHOOSE TO DOWNLOAD AND PRINT WITH YOUR SETTINGS DONTFORGET THAT THE CARDS MUST BE 0.28MM HIGH!
I USE 0.16MM FOR THE FIRST LAYER AND 0.12MM FOR THE SECOND!
wait the plate to cool down before removing the cards to avoid damaging them.
use a sharp object to gently remove the cards
