Double case for injection pen (Ozempic, Mounjaro)

A compact and practical storage case designed for two common injection pens such as Wegovy, Saxenda, Ozempic, Mounjaro and similar pen-style injectors.

The case keeps the pen protected during fridge storage and includes a clean magnetic latch, a print-in-place hinge, and removable slide-in labels that can be customized in Bambu Studio.

Printing Notes

The main case prints as one piece with a functional print-in-place hinge. Make sure your printer is well calibrated to ensure smooth hinge movement.

For the slide-in label slots, supports are not strictly necessary, but enabling them is advisable to avoid sagging or clearance issues. Best results are obtained using PETG supports while printing the main case from PLA.

After printing, insert two 10 × 2 mm round magnets into the latch areas and secure them with a small amount of CA glue. Check magnet polarity before gluing.

Install the latch using piece of filament cut to a lenght just a little shorter than it fits in slot from a left side.

Label Customization

The included slide-in labels can be personalized directly in Bambu Studio using the Text tool. This makes it easy to create labels for different medication names, users, doses, or travel sets.
