Yoder YS640 and YS480 Lift / Leveling Spacer Kit

• The corners have modifiers with 50% infill to strengthen where the caster bolts go.

• Designed to fit Yoder YS480 and YS640 pellet grills with the Competition Cart. The caster base must measure 4” x 4.5”.
• Designed to increase smoker height either with 8” or 10” casters.
• Installation is a simple process.
• Remove 1 existing caster bolt.
• Purchase 16 new bolts (not provided) that are 1” longer than the current bolts.
• Raise one end of the smoker with a floor jack and remove two casters at a time.
• Install 1 lift plate between caster and cart base and install 4 new bolts and nuts and tighten. Repeat for all casters.
• Custom heights are available upon request.
• You can also place specific heights under certain casters to level your smoker if it has a permanent parking spot. Keep in mind if you move your smoker to a level place, it will no longer be level if you choose to do this with the spacers bolted onto only a few casters.
