Description
Remix of "Hive thermostat stand" by Davidcrabb_dc.
Compatible with the Hive Thermostat unit that has a knob on the front (not the Mini), and uses the original British Gas wall plate.
Changes from the original:
- Resized the base
- Added a modifier to increase infill density in the lower portion of the base for improved stability
Print settings:
- Profile: 0.20mm Standard @BBL X2D
- Material: PLA (base/bracket), PETG support interface
- Sparse infill: 15% Gyroid, 1 wall loop
- Base modifier: 50% sparse infill, 2 wall loops (lower portion, for added stability)
- Top/bottom shells: 100% density, 5 top layers / 3 bottom layers
- Supports: Tree (auto), Tree Hybrid style, 35° threshold angle, critical regions only
- Support interface: PETG (5 layers) — improves underside surface finish on bracket and connecting tab overhangs
