- Free-Spinning Lens: Smoothly spins thanks to integrated ball bearings.
- Settings Dial: The top dial features a built-in, print-in-place clicker mechanism for a tactile rotating feel.
- Triple Switch Action: Houses 3 mechanical switches (one on top, two on the back) for endless clicky satisfaction.
🛠️ Hardware Needed
- 2x 608zz Bearings (for the rotating lens mechanism)
- 3x Standard Mechanical Keyboard Switches (Outemu Brown or similar tactile/clicky switches work best!)
🔧 Assembly Instructions
- Print all required parts.
- Secure the rotating lens and the top "settings" dial into the body using a small amount of glue. Take extra care to properly align the print-in-place clicker mechanism on the top dial so it interfaces correctly.
- Push your 3 mechanical switches firmly into their corresponding slots.
- Snap your printed keycaps onto the stems of the switches, and your camera is ready to shoot!
🖨️ Recommended Print Settings
To make sure the mechanical tolerances are perfect and the camera holds up to endless clicking, use these settings:
- Layer Height: 0.16mm (Highly recommended for the print-in-place dial clicker and textured grip).
- Walls/Perimeters: 4 walls (Crucial for strength around the switch slots and bearing press-fits).
- Infill: 25% Gyroid Infill (Provides the best structural longevity and impact durability).
- Material: PLA or PLA+ works beautifully.
