Description

From Wikipedia:

"The Lockheed L-2000 was Lockheed Corporation's entry in a government-funded competition to build the United States' first supersonic airliner in the 1960s. The L-2000 lost the contract to the Boeing 2707, but that competing design was ultimately canceled for political, environmental and economic reasons."

I've been wanting to make this aircraft for a while, and after the interactive line was thought of and released, I thought I would give this obscure concept some well-deserved light and in my style of the interactive line, i might even make the Boeing 2707 with similar style (look out 👀)

this model depicts the 273-foot long 7A variant, longer and shorter variants were planned, but this seems to be the most well-known out of the 3,

the model prints at a 45-degree angle, includes landing gear, window and door detail, and uses the trapezoid shaped engines shown commonly in concept art, the model is also printable on the A1 mini, after printing, consider being cautious when removing supports, especially with the landing gear, the peg on the nose is also fragile, and i have broken one of the nose pieces pegs, but thankfully glued it back, if you enjoy this model, I ask that you could ask pictures as i want to see how your model turned out and help with any problems I can answer, thank you for taking time out of your day to check out this model <3
