Description
This compression sleeve is designed for use with 1/4" air tubing and pairs with standard 1/4" NPT × 1/4" compression elbow fittings. The sleeve slides over the tube and tightens securely when the compression nut is threaded down, creating a reliable, leak‑resistant seal for pneumatic systems. Made for air hose and poly/nylon tubing applications, it provides a firm mechanical grip without the need for barbs or clamps. Ideal for air compressors, regulators, manifolds, and general pneumatic setups.
Usage:
This model has been designed and used as an air compressor air/water drain pipe. It is not used under pressure. It may leak or fail if you try and use this part with high pressure applications. In this case it is holding the flexible tubing perfectly when draining the tank.
Printing Tips:
Clean your bed thoroughly as the model has a small footprint and can come loose.
Glue stick on the be will help and is recommended.
Bed leveling before the print is also helpful .
