Police car, multi-plate dual color (no supports, no hardware required)

This **police car** was requested by two friends and is a slightly modified version of the **taxi** model,**no hardware needed**, utilizing the 3rd generation optimized printing spring**axle** and 2nd generation**wheels** The cockpit seats are not made to actual scale, because the overhang distance at the top (small size maximum distance 10.6mm) is too far, which would increase the chance of print failure and make the overhang look bad, so it was not made to actual scale This model is not planned to have a simplified version, as the trunk door hinge is not easy to remove, which should not significantly affect children playing with it(Small size LWH approx: 86.4*45.6*35mm)

Notes:

1. For the small size, some parts are small, making installation more difficult. It is not recommended to press directly by hand; use a hard object to push them in

2.First layer overflow will affect installation difficulty. If there is any, please sand or scrape it off yourself

**wheels** Tilt and place on one side of the axle buckle, then press with thumb at thered circle, and press with index finger on theside of the wheel to push it in (using leverage). The installation method for the other wheel is the same

1.Door clips are for front left, front right, rear left, rear right,use a hard object to push them in, do not press crookedly, or the slot will break

2. First install the trunk door, then install the rear windshield, and finally install the spoiler (do not push both slots in simultaneously)**If not installed in order, the trunk door will not be able to be installed**

3. The 2 roof lights are press-fit, **use a hard object to push them in, otherwise, your hands will hurt**

4. Install other components

Note: 1. Both PLA and PETG can be printed. It's best to understand the characteristics of these two materials before printing to avoid printing failures!! For example, PLA can become brittle if left for a long time or at low temperatures, while PETG has good toughness. Please choose the filament that suits you!!

        2. If it's for younger children, and the parts are small and easy to disassemble, it's better to glue them firmly with 502 or other adhesives to prevent them from being swallowed!!

        3. If there are no special requirements, please do not use your own advanced process settings for printing~ to avoid printing failures!!

If your printd part has local spaghetti, or the filament doesn't stick to the build plate, please recall if you touched that area (hands secrete sweat and oil, touching it has a very high chance of causing spaghetti)  or if the build plate is dirty. The solution is to search online for how to clean a 3D print plate!!
