2005-2009 Subaru Cup Holder Insert / Divider

Did you lose the stock cup holder divider? Tired of drinks tipping over in the oversized factory cup holders? This insert adds support for smaller bottles, tumblers, and cups while still leaving room for larger drinks. It snaps into the factory center console cup holder and helps keep beverages upright during everyday driving.

Print Recommendations

⚠️ Do NOT print this in PLA.

Vehicle interiors can easily exceed 140°F (60°C) on sunny days. PLA may soften, warp, or permanently deform.

Recommended materials:

• ✅ PETG (recommended)
• ✅ PETG-HF
• ✅ ASA
• ✅ ABS
• ✅ Polycarbonate (PC)

Suggested settings:

• 0.20 mm layer height
• 4 walls
• 20–30% gyroid or grid infill
• No supports required

If using PETG, the insert should hold up well to normal automotive temperatures while maintaining its shape.
