Matchbox 2.0 turns the flimsy cardboard matchbox into a durable, reusable case that is actually built to travel.
The fitted sliding drawer holds standard wooden matches securely, helping prevent them from spilling, bending, or getting crushed in a backpack, camping bin, kitchen drawer, or vehicle. The outer shell protects the matches while keeping the familiar, simple function of a traditional matchbox.
A recessed panel on the front is designed to receive the strike-able cardboard strip cut from the original matchbox. Once inlaid, the striker sits neatly inside the face of the case instead of peeling, snagging, or getting damaged during storage.
Just transfer your matches, trim and install the original striker panel, and you have a compact match case that can go almost anywhere.
