Universal Servo Arm Kit, Works With Any Servo
Print Profile(1)

Description
If you’ve spent any time working with micro servos like the MG90S, TG9e, or EMAX sub-12g series, you already know the worst part: every brand uses slightly different spline tolerances, and the stock arms they give you never seem to have the right leverage or hole spacing for a clean linkage setup.
This universal kit fixes that. It’s a complete library of high-leverage servo horns designed specifically for FDM and resin printing, optimized to press-fit tightly onto standard micro-servo shafts without slipping.
Use PETG or Nylon for the best balance of flex and strength. Standard PLA works, but I would suggest PETG for applications with higher torque and load.
If you are press-fitting these onto metal gear servos (like the MG90S), a tiny dab of hot glue or a properly torqued center screw will lock these down permanently. For nylon gears, make sure your printer's flow rate is calibrated so the fit isn't too tight, or you'll strip the servo's internal gears during installation.
Attribution Nescoroco on Thingiverse for some models and inspiration.
Works with any 9G servo or servo clone.
