TPU Headlight Replacement for Begode T4

This is a heavy-duty, beefed-up replacement headlight housing for the Begode T4 electric unicycle. I designed this after a friend's son broke theirs, opting for TPU to give it maximum impact resistance.

Hardware & Assembly:

• Threaded Inserts: While you can thread directly into the print, using heat-set inserts is highly recommended for durability. You will need:
  • 6x M3 inserts for the back bolts.
  • 2x M4 inserts for the top.
• Sealing: I designed this around using a liquid sealant for the lenses rather than the stock O-rings, though the original O-rings should still fit if you prefer them.

Note: While you could probably print this in rigid materials like PETG or PLA, TPU is strongly recommended for its flexibility and bounce during crashes.
