Universal Mud Flap Extension for Cars (Designed for Chevrolet Cruze)
This is a universal mud flap extension designed to provide additional protection against mud, water, stones, and road debris. The model was originally created for the Chevrolet Cruze, but its simple shape makes it suitable for adaptation to many other vehicles with similar mud flaps.
The extension increases the coverage of the factory mud flap, helping to keep the lower body panels and rocker panels cleaner while reducing paint damage caused by gravel.

Printing
Recommended material:
- PETG (recommended for outdoor use)
- ASA (best UV and heat resistance)
- ABS (optional)
- PLA is not recommended for long-term outdoor use.
Suggested settings:
- Layer height: 0.2 mm
- 4–5 walls
- 30–40% infill (Gyroid or Grid)
- 4 top/bottom layers
Installation
The extension can be attached using:
- Stainless steel screws
- Automotive clips
- Double-sided automotive tape (for light-duty applications)
Depending on your vehicle, minor drilling or trimming may be required.
