mudguard for HUDORA BigWheel 205 Scooter

This mudguard works for the frontwheel of the HUDORA BigWheel 205 Scooter.

Material list:

1x printed mudguard

2x printed holders (blue in the pictures)

4x threaded inserts M3

4x M3x16 screws

Installation:

1. (optional: spraypaint mudguard for easy cleaning later. I used silver particel spray with a clear coat on top)

2. Install 4x M3 threaded inserts

   

3. Turn mudguard into position and fit tongue of mudguard into groove/slot of scooter fork

   

   

4. Screw holders from the outside into the threaded inserts of mudguard

   

5. After few hours/after first few uses: retighten screws
