Mini SVS PB-17 Ultra Subwoofer
Print Profile(1)

Description
This is a 1:6 scale replica of the legendary SVS PB-17 Ultra home theater subwoofer. It designed mostly just as a toy but I was surprised how good it actually sounds! Definitely a decent bluetooth speaker.
PARTS LIST:
Speaker: Dayton Audio ND65-8 2-1/2"
Amplifier: ZK-MT21 2.1 Channel Bluetooth Amplifier Board – Mini
Screws for speaker box assembly:
Either M3x4 self tapping screws or M2.5x4 should work fine (for speaker, TPU feet, and rear box plate)
Magnets: 4x2mm (12 of them), you only need these if printing the speaker grill cover
ASSEMBLY:
1. Wire up and screw in the speaker from the inside
2. The port tubes need to be inserted and glued together, they come in 3 pieces, the front port sections, the elbows and the vertical port sections. These press fit ok but you probably want to glue them too. After the ports are installed you will need to place the support bar inside the box and put a dab of glue between it and the port pipes so they stay in place (pictured above). I also have optional tpu port plugs (2) that you can insert into the vertical ports inside the box to block them off, I found that the bass and sound quality is much better with 2 ports plugged with such a small speaker.
3. insert terminal plug into box back and pull wires through
4. install box back with 4 screws
5. install tpu feet on bottom of box (either with glue or with screws)
Lasty the speaker grill is optional, but if you want to use one then you print it out, cover it with speaker grill fabric (using 3m spray glue), then you glue in 4x2mm magnets into both the box and speaker grill. I also included a file for the mini SVS logo for the speaker grill.
PRINT SETTINGS:
Any hard filament for box and ports, I used carbon fiber PETG for a great satin finish that hides layer lines
Feet and port plugs obviously get printed in TPU
