Description

They don't just patrol the ruins; they own the skies above them.

The Breach has torn the world apart, but the City Guard holds the line. The Sky Wardens are the elite aerial rapid-response unit, descending from the smoking spires to engage the horrors that emerge from the rift. Equipped with salvaged steampunk flight packs and heavy-duty arbalests, they provide mobile fire support and crucial reconnaissance over the shattered cityscape.

Optimized for FDM: Print-in-One-Piece! This highly detailed miniature is designed and optimized specifically for FDM (filament) 3D printing. It is engineered to be printed in a single, continuous piece, eliminating the need for complex assembly or precise positioning of delicate limbs.

If you like this design and had a successful print, I would incredibly appreciate your support! Leaving a Boost helps me cover the cost of filament for prototyping and keeps me motivated to create more free models for the community. Please feel free to share a photo of your make in the comments—I absolutely love seeing how my designs turn out in the wild!

Why this model is perfect for your printer:

  • True Single-Piece Design: The entire model—armor, wings, and weapon—is integrated into one watertight mesh. Just slice and print.
  • Optimized Geometry: The pose and overhangs are specifically adjusted to succeed on FDM printers with minimal effort.
  • Detailed & Robust: Despite its intricate appearance, the model is designed with FDM tolerances in mind, capturing the grimdark aesthetic without sacrificing structural integrity at 28mm scale.
  • Ready-to-Print: No complex supports needed; simply use standard Tree Supports in your slicer.

Printing Recommendation: For the best results, I highly recommend using Tree Supports. Ensure your slicer supports are set to catch the underside of the wings and the arbalest. A layer height of 0.12mm or 0.16mm is recommended for the best balance of speed and detail.
