🔮 Surprise Spheres for your BONBON capsules! Print Pause Mechanism 🔮
Looking for something fun fast and very curious to put inside your @Pipin.World contest capsules? This surprise ball is the answer! A simple design but with a clever trick inside that will delight anyone who opens the capsule.
The charm of the model is that the outer sphere hides a secret. The profile is configured to make an automatic pause mid-print. At that moment you insert the small ball (which you will have printed beforehand in the color you want) inside the large sphere and the printer will continue closing the ball. The result is a mysterious rattle-like toy or one with a hidden core of another color!
✨ Why this model is great for the contest:
- Economical and fast: Ideal for filling capsules without hardly spending any filament.
- Pure interactivity: Experiment with the technique of pausing and inserting objects mid-print (Print-in-item).
- Collectible: You can print internal balls of different colors for people to try to collect them or guess which one they got inside their BONBON capsule.
🛠️ Print Settings & Instructions (Ohana3D Profile):
- Plate 1 (Print 1st): Print the small central ball. You can use a bright color or filament scraps.
- Plate 2 (Print 2nd): Start printing the large ball.
- ⚠️ Print Pause: The profile includes a configured pause just before the printer starts closing the upper dome of the large sphere. When the machine stops insert the small ball into the cavity and resume. Make sure it doesn't stick out so the nozzle doesn't collide!
- Supports: NO supports required. The inner sphere is designed to close with a clean bridge.
