After searching for a long time, I couldn't find an STL of the original CFMoto OEM Handlebar Top Cover (Part No. 9CR6-101001) anywhere.
Instead of giving up, I decided to model it completely from scratch using measurements from the original part. The model was then optimized specifically for FDM 3D printing, while preserving the original fit, mounting points, and overall appearance.
This model was created and test-fitted on my own 2019 CFMOTO CFORCE 520L. While it may also fit other compatible models using OEM part 9CR6-101001, compatibility with other model years has not been verified.
As a bonus, I also designed a custom faceplate featuring an off-road inspired graphic. The faceplate is optimized for Face Down multicolor printing, making it easy to achieve a clean, professional finish with an AMS-compatible printer.
Printing
I printed and tested this model using:
- ABS for the main body (black)
- ASA for the faceplate (red, gray and black)
I chose these materials because they're much more suitable for outdoor use, offering excellent heat and UV resistance compared to PLA.
If you'd rather print in PLA, it should also work just fine. To make things easier, I've included an additional PLA print profile.
