Description

A NEW spinning top with a NEW secret!

Hidden inside the body is a simple mechanically expanding mechanism that activates from centrifugal force! Give it a spin and as it picks up speed, the internal components slide outward, transforming the spinning top from a compact form into a wider, larger silhouette.

It is a fun blend of a kinetic mechanism toy and part fidget.

Printing notes:

  • PLA or PETG
  • Support needed
  • 15% infill
  • Quick to print (~1 hours)
  • Low amount of fillament (~30 gram)

Assembly notes:

Disclaimer: This spinning top spins good, but not as long as traditional spinning tops due to the added wind resistance + shifting mass
