Grinding Disc Holder for 125 mm Angle Grinder – Magnetic or Wall Mount

Do you want to store your 125 mm grinding discs neatly, space-efficiently, and always within reach? Then this holder is perfect for you!

I developed this grinding disc holder specifically for 125 mm angle grinder discs and created it in four different variants, ensuring a suitable version for every application:

  • Standard version with mounting holes
  • Lightweight version with mounting holes
  • Standard version without mounting holes
  • Lightweight version without mounting holes

Flexible Mounting

The holder can be mounted in two different ways:

  • With two screws on the wall (versions with mounting holes)
  • With two magnets (30 × 20 × 5 mm) on all magnetic surfaces I used these here.

On the back of all variants, there are two precisely fitting recesses for the magnets This allows you to attach the holder, for example, directly to your tool cabinet, workshop cart, or any other steel surface.

 

Print Information

The holder was printed from PETG-CF to achieve high stability However, it can also be easily printed from regular PETG or PLA.

The model consists of three individual parts:

  • Main body
  • Thread connector
  • Center alignment

The design was deliberately chosen to improve print quality and achieve clean print results.

 

Self-Developed Thread

The threads used were entirely designed by me They are specifically engineered to be reliably printed without support material while still functioning smoothly and stably.
