Screw Specification Visual Pattern Collection

This is a set of screw specification visual patterns optimized for 3D printing, tool wall panels, and parts bin sorting labels. It includes mainstream screw head types, tail types, and over 20 recess types on the market.

Optimizations
- 4x Size: All patterns are designed and laid out in multiples of 4, perfectly suitable for 0.2~0.8mm nozzle printing.
- Chamfer: A micro-chamfer optimization has been uniformly added to the pattern edges, effectively reducing edge overflow and right-angle overshoot, further enhancing print sharpness at low layer heights.

Printing Recommendations

- Minimum Size: With a 0.4mm nozzle, most patterns can be printed as small as 6.4mm × 6.4mm;
- Recommended Size: To ensure perfect presentation of recess details (such as complex small structures like Torx or Phillips), it is recommended for daily use to be no smaller than 7.2mm × 7.2mm.
