SAVE THE AXOLOTLS - Cute Flexi With or Without AMS

THIS ANIMAL NEEDS YOUR HELP!

I bet that almost every single person who clicks on this model already knows what an axolotl is. I also bet that almost every single person who clicks on this model does not already know that they are critically endangered in the wild! Now that is wild (pun intended)!! Axolotls live in only one single lake on the entire planet. This means that they have very specific living requirements. Just to give you a small fragment of understanding, here are requirements for axolotls in captivity:

• Their tank water must be kept between 60 and 68 degrees Fahrenheit! 
• Weekly water changes are mandatory, and any tap water must be treated with a conditioner to remove chlorine and chloramines. 
• Axolotls have extremely sensitive skin, and it can be fatal to touch them (to them, not you).
• Most of the time, they can not be kept together because they will eat each others limbs if they so choose…

Like I said, it is hard to care for an axolotl! So, their chances of living out in the wild have really slimmed out. They used to live in two lakes, but one was causing a city in Mexico some problems, and it was drained! They also suffer from pollution and other problems. Now they are critically endangered and need our help to keep them here!
