Custom Letter Bracelet Bead Generator

labels, choose cube, coin, or barrel beads, set the size and hole diameter, then

pick raised or recessed lettering.

parametric OpenSCAD generator creates a full batch of matching beads with

adjustable size, thickness, stringing hole, and per-bead face lettering, so you

can generate a complete name/word bracelet instead of downloading each letter as

a separate file.

The default prints a small `FRIEND` bracelet-bead set with horizontal

side-stringing holes. The default 3 mm holes bridge cleanly on normal tuned

printers, so it can print without supports while looking more like classic

bracelet beads. For bracelet stringing, test your cord/elastic against

`hole_diameter`; different filaments and printers can make small holes tighter

than expected.

Safety note: these are small parts. Not for children under 3, and not for any

use where broken or loose beads could become a choking hazard.

Customization Notes

- `bead_style`: choose cube, coin, or barrel.

- `bead_count`: number of beads in the batch, up to 12.

- `bead_size` / `bead_thickness`: bead face size and height.

- `hole_diameter`: string/elastic hole size. Increase for fuzzy cord or printers

  that close small holes.

- `hole_orientation`: horizontal is the default for classic side-stringing;

  vertical is available for top/bottom stringing or tag-style use.

- `hole_y_offset`: moves the vertical hole away from the label when vertical

  mode is selected.

- `label_1` through `label_12`: text for each bead. One letter per bead works

  best; short symbols or numbers also work.

- `label_style`: raised lettering is easiest to see; recessed lettering gives a

  cleaner engraved look.

- `show_back_label`: duplicates the label on the back face.
