Description
Holder for the lock and spark plug under the seat of a Jawa Pionýr, type 20 and type 21.
Before printing, it is necessary to determine the width of the opening on the motorcycle (from the tank rim to the edge of the seat pan). This model is 60mm wide (if there is a difference, adjust in the modeling program or mechanically shift the sheet metal).
The print is currently in testing (durability, especially against vibrations).
Edit: After more than 4 years of use on a motorcycle (approx. 6800 km), the print holds up, looking as if it was printed yesterday. It does not need any modification for its use. Additional pieces have now been printed, to which a securing protrusion has been added, which slides under the seat pan. If the holder tends to “travel” along the tank, I recommend attaching it with double-sided adhesive tape.
