Description

Recently, I was looking for a telescopic camping lantern, but I found them all to be either too heavy or too bulky for my needs.

 

I already had a Ledlenser ML4 and a small telescopic tripod that I normally use with my Osmo Nano and Pocket cameras, so I decided to design an adapter that would allow me to mount the lantern on it. This way, I ended up with my ideal camping lamp at virtually no cost.

 

The lamp simply snaps into the holder, which is attached to a dedicated adapter designed to fit the Ulanzi CKA Quick Release system.

I could have designed it as a single piece, but I wanted to expand my modular mounting system, which has been growing project after project. This approach also makes it possible for anyone to adapt the lamp holder to their preferred tripod quick-release system.
