Customizable Spray & Craft Stencil Plate

A parametric flat stencil generator for custom words, labels, craft signs, plant markers, workshop markings, and storage-tub lettering.

Create a reusable custom stencil without opening CAD. Enter one or two short text lines, choose the plate size, adjust the border and bridge width, and generate a flat printable stencil plate for paint, marker, craft, workshop, plant-label, or storage marking projects.

The model cuts the text all the way through the plate and can leave simple bridge bars across each line. These optional bridges keep enclosed letter islands attached for stencil-style letters such as A, B, D, O, P, Q, and R. If your chosen text does not need bridges, turn them off for cleaner lettering. The default design includes a small side handle and optional corner mounting/storage holes, both of which can be disabled.

This is intended as a practical craft and workshop stencil, not a precision industrial mask. Paint bleed, marker sharpness, and final results depend on the surface, paint or marker type, stencil material, and how firmly the stencil is held in place.

Customization Notes

- Use `line_1` and optional `line_2` for the stencil text.

- Use short uppercase text for the cleanest first print.

- Use `bridges_enabled` to turn stencil bridges on or off.

- Increase `bridge_width` if small enclosed letter islands look weak.

- Increase `border_margin` for a stronger frame around the text.

- Enable the handle when you want to hold the stencil while spraying or marking.

- Enable mounting holes if you want to hang the stencil or pin it to a board.

- Adjust `plate_width`, `plate_height`, and `font_size` together so text stays inside the frame.
