G1 Hose Adapter

This is a functional G1 Hose Adapter tested and verified on an Einhell GC-GP 6040 ECO pump.

⚠️ Leak Prevention: Make sure to use a good quality rubber washer or O-ring. If you notice any minor weeping, just adjust how the rubber sits over the threads. When screwed in tightly with a proper gasket, it doesn't leak at all.

Print Settings & Supports

For the material, ABS is highly recommended for long-term durability, though PLA works fine for short-term use. You will need a minimum of 3 wall loops to keep it watertight, paired with 20% Gyroid infill. This was successfully tested and printed using a 0.6mm nozzle at a 0.18mm layer height.

While automatic supports work, manual supports are highly recommended for a cleaner finish. It is crucial to make sure the middle overhang and hex section are well-supported, because an uneven surface in that area will cause leaks.
