About the Project
Anyone who owns a mobile ProKlima air conditioner knows the problem: the supplied exhaust hose is often too short, inflexible, or one wants to route the warm air cleanly through a permanent installation (e.g. a window baffle or a wall penetration). Often, switching to standard HT pipes (drainage pipes) is also the cleanest solution
This adapter solves the problem It securely connects the outlet of your ProKlima air conditioner to various exhaust hoses or pipes Perfect for anyone who wants to optimize their setup
Important note on material selection: Since the exhaust air from air conditioners gets quite warm (often 40-50 °C or more), I strongly recommend using more heat-resistant filament like PETG, ABS, or ASA. Regular PLA can deform under continuous load
My models are made of ABS and come out cleanly with a P2S
Otherwise, print the desired model with Generic Filament
📏 Available Variants
To cover as many use cases as possible, I have modeled the adapter in the following diameters (hose/pipe connection side). Simply download the print plate for your required size:
- 88 mm
- 98 mm
- 108 mm
- 118 mm
- 148 mm
(Tip: It's best to quickly measure the inner diameter of your hose or the socket of your HT pipe once before printing)
🔧 Installation
- Print the precisely fitting size for your project
- Lock the adapter into the original receptacle on the back of your ProKlima device
- Connect the hose or pipe. For HT pipes, the rubber seal often provides sufficient grip. For flexible hoses, I also recommend a hose clamp or good fabric tape to prevent warm air from flowing back into the room
