Description
⚠️ WARNING: EXTREMELY LOUD.
To prevent permanent hearing damage, please use proper hearing protection (earplugs) when testing or blowing this whistle.
Claiming the title for the smallest whistle on MakerWorld! Measuring an astonishing 20mm x 4mm x 4mm, this ultra-micro, single-chamber design defies its microscopic footprint by blasting a piercing 100dB tone. It is the ultimate invisible everyday carry (EDC) item—small enough to vanish, but loud enough to be heard when it truly matters.

Print & Calibration Notes: Because of the microscopic internal geometry, these whistles require perfectly calibrated filament for precise accuracy. I achieved optimal results using manually calibrated SUNLU High Speed PLA+ 2.0, printed with a 0.4mm nozzle, 0.4mm line width, and a 0.1mm layer height.
