Hub Center Cap for Advanti Racing Storm S1

Designed to snap cleanly in and fitment was made to be close to the original cap, with diameter for a 62.25mm hole.

PLEASE MAKE SURE TO SCALE MODEL FOR SHRINKAGE.
Print profile included accounts for ASA within the filament profile itself, if you change the filament profile please make sure to set shrinkage, good starting point is 99.3%.

Included are 3 different types of caps:
- Original, which is a direct copy of the cap that comes with the wheel;
- Original with M, is the original cap with the retro Mazda m on it;
- Flat Blank, a flat/blank version of the cap.

Print has been tested printed flat, which resulted in the tabs breaking off, models have been rotated 25 degrees in the included print profile.
- Recommended to rotate the model to support the tabs to prevent them from breaking.

Recommended to print only one cap to verify shrinkage, if shrinkage isn't properly accounted for, the cover will spin and wont be held in as tight as it should be, if the cap is too hard to get on, or breaks before getting on, its probably too big.


Minimum Filament Requirements:
- Temperature resistance (ASA or better in terms of temperature)
- Filaments like PLA & PETG are recommended NOT to be used (use at your own risk)

 *Not confirmed if ASA works but should be perfectly fine for daily driving, track/hpde/autocross may require higher temperature resistant filaments

 

I appreciate and comments for anyone who tests it, please comment any issues so I can try and fix them.
Version that would use the original metal ring version may be made if the caps cant hold on well.
