Description
Modeled this back when I had my IFlight Xl5 V5.1 frame, not many parts for it online so I created a few. Also check out my antenna mount if you're in need. None of my models are perfect, but they got the job done.
This camera mount is a tad bit too far back and the top of the frame did show in the camera, I can't recommend this file 100% in its current configuration, it gets the job done, but I am going to put a different license on this file so that anyone can edit it, and share it as their own. This was a very early model of mine.
There is text on the mount that says “DOWN” and the text should be facing… you guessed it, down. This bar is just for support and only serves its purpose if its mounted properly, otherwise you may get some jello in your video feed. I had no jello with this setup. Just slides right into place and gets pinched between the top & bottom frame. I designed this with the idea of keeping the camera protected behind the standoffs, but like I said I made the mount too far behind the standoffs for my liking.
I installed a caddx ratel 2 v2 onto this, I assume all (analog) cameras mount the same or atleast similar, but I am unsure as I really have only used caddx ratel 2 v2 on all my larger drones.
