Description
TRIGGER HAPPY - Tactical Design
MK23 16mm CW (Female) to 14mm CCW (Male) Thread Adapter
A precision-designed thread adapter that converts the proprietary 16mm Positive (CW) clockwise threads found on standard MK23 airsoft pistols (such as ASG, Tokyo Marui, and Novritsch SSX23) to standard 14mm Negative (CCW) counter-clockwise threads.
This allows you to mount virtually any standard airsoft suppressor, tracer unit, or muzzle device onto your MK23 without sacrificing alignment.
Features & Fitment
- Gun Side: 16mm CW (Clockwise) Female threads.
- Muzzle Side: 14mm CCW (Counter-Clockwise) Male threads.
- Compatibility: Tested and verified on standard MK23 outer barrels.
- Designed from scratch with precise thread tolerances to ensure a tight, secure fit without wobble.
Recommended Print Settings
Threads require high precision and structural strength to prevent shearing when tightening accessories.
- Material: ASA, PETG, or Tough PLA.
- Layer Height: 0.12mm or 0.16mm (Essential for clean, smooth thread engagement).
- Wall Loops: 6 walls minimum (or print at 100% infill). Threads need to be entirely solid walls to prevent them from snapping under torque.
Or use my 3MF preset for PETG at 60% infill!
Orientation: Print vertically (standing up) for the cleanest thread execution. Use a brim if you experience bed adhesion issues with small footprints.
Please, do not resell this under your name. I put a lot of time in it and I want to give it back for free.
