TRIGGER HAPPY - Tactical Design

B-11 Styled Lower Handguard for ICS AKS-74U (ICS-34)

A Zenitco B-11 styled lower handguard designed completely from scratch. The model was meticulously copied by hand using reference models from Escape From Tarkov to achieve maximum accuracy and a rugged, tactical look.

Compatibility & Fitment

  • Confirmed Fit: ICS-34 (also known as the IKS-74U / MAR SU).
  • Other brands: Unconfirmed. Due to how proprietary ICS AK front ends can be, this likely only fits the ICS platform out of the box.

Open for Remixes 🔓

I have only tested and verified this fitment on my own ICS-34. Because of this, the files are open for editing/remixing. If you want to modify the mounting tabs or dimensions to fit Cyma, LCT, E&L, or GHK platforms, feel free to remix it and share it back with the community!

Recommended Print Settings (For Field Use)

To ensure this survives impacts and mounting forces on the field, do not use standard PLA.

  • Material: PETG, ASA, or PA-CF (Nylon Carbon Fiber).
  • Wall Loops: 5 - 6 walls (Crucial for clamping/mounting rigidity).
  • Infill: 40% - 60% Gyroid (Avoids nozzle scraping and provides multi-directional strength).

Or use my 3MF preset for PETG at 60% infill!

Please, do not resell this under your name. I put a lot of time in it and I want to give it back for free.

I'll be posting more ZenitCo styled items over the course of the next days. I'm open for any suggestions and even commissions.
